Hosa Counseling and Research Inc. is an Ottawa based organization that specializes in counselling and psychotherapy, social science research, and cultural competency trainings and workshops.

Our mission is to promote equality, inclusion, and diversity by offering equitable, inclusive, diverse, and accessible services in research, training, and mental health to individuals, families, youth, and organizations, especially immigrants and people of color, regardless of race, ethnicity, age, and gender.
